How To Spend A Day in Southampton
We’re still in summer mode and I have a few locations on my bucket list that I need to check out and the Hamptons was one of them. For someone who was born and raised in Long Island, I couldn’t believe I never went exploring out there. I had the opportunity to travel out to Southampton for the day. Did I mention a car came to pick me up and took me back home? Cute, right? Just imagine going to the end of Long Island straight on Sunrise Hwy.
Getting invited by Blue Water Spa was my reason and we had a time! Blue Water Spa owner, Rachel Lee Lozina truly loves what she does and takes pride in her passion and knowledge about skin care. She opened Blue Water Spa in 2008, she brings a hybrid of result-oriented skincare services paying special attention to relaxing and restoring your mind and body. Taking care of your skin specifically but also making you feel amazing is what being under Rachel Lozina’s care is all about. I tried body sculpting for the first time. It uses the power of High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic Energy (HIFEM) and Radiofrequency (RF) energy, Emsculpt eliminates stubborn fat and defines muscles in one treatment. She also has facials, hand treatments and more!
After the spa, we headed over to Buddhaberry for some frozen yogurt goodies. You can pick your own flavor, toppings and they charge you by the weight. It was their grand opening as well that same day. This is walking distance from the spa. For dinner, went to El Verano to close out the trip! I chose the De La Casa Margarita, Salmon and Pastel De Fresa ( Strawberry cake). Check out my TikTok below!
