Black History Month: Support Black-Owned Health and Wellness Businesses

Hey Nicia Travels family! Happy Black History Month!

As you all may know, I have been trying to focus my content on Black-owned businesses. This month I decided I wanted to highlight some of my own friend’s personal businesses because they have been working extremely hard on their brands. It was only right. I have the pleasure of introducing you all to Chenelle T. Lature, MSW, LSCW, who is a licensed counselor, Paige McFarland, who is a certified gym trainer, and Jeremiah Brown, who is a motivational speaker , the CEO of LEAD, and a former NFL athlete. All of them have expertise on mental health and feeling/looking good. This is very important in the Black community, especially during these crazy times. As we go through quarantine, let’s make sure we not just do a wellness check on each other, but ourselves. Self care is the best care!

Read more below about their services and let’s continue to support each other!
