Welcome to my blog. I document my adventures in travel, style, and food. Hope you have a nice stay!

Welcome to the Sojo Spa Club

Welcome to the Sojo Spa Club

Are you looking for a 2023 reset? I had a chance to go to Sojo Spa Club which is located in Edgewater, NJ. I’ve always heard good things about it, but it was time to check it out for myself. It’s totally worth spending the whole day there. This was my first time going to a spa in the winter time. I was a little hesistant, but the pools are heated. It’s a personal preference of mine to go to the spa in the summer.

How To Get There

The easiest way of getting there is driving since it is right over the George Washington bridge. You can take the NJ Transit bus, but you would have to check for schedules and times and of course, Ubers and Lyfts are available. Sojo Spa also has a hotel connected to the spa. You can book that in advance to stay overnight.

What’s Included In The Admissions

I picked the heated salt stone massage and I went on a Friday. I learned my lesson from that. If you do decide to go, it’s always cheaper to go earlier in the week and you can choose a daily admission pass. The daily admission and chosen massage are two completely different tickets. Since I chose the heated salt stone massage, it included two hours of admissions to the other floors. One hour before your massage and one hour after. The massages are 60 minutes. Please keep that in mind. I don’t think they’re clear on the website about that. I paid an extra $40 to stay for the rest of the day. The spa does close at 9pm and my massage was at 2:30pm. My heated salt stone massage did include valet parking as well.

Complimentary robe and towels to utilize while you’re there along with locker storage and access to complimentary toiletries in the Bath House.

Remember to bring your bathing suit and flip flops or shower shoes for the locker room, bath house and outdoor areas, if you choose.

Food

Honestly, this is always my favorite part of any trip. Their food court was insane. It was way better than QC Spa’s selection for food. Sojo Spa has a dining hall that has several selections to choose from. They have hot meals, sandwhiches, desserts, and drinks. I ate the seasame ginger chicken and it was chef’s kiss along with a brownie.
